Within the orders placed on the site, the company Phonem, editor of the site collects personal data. At the time of the final registration of the order, the customer must expressly give its consent or objection to the use of these data by Phonem.

In fact:
- Data from controls are likely to be used by Phonem, under client computer file after declaration to the CNIL, to promote products or provide various benefits.
- Data from customer orders may be issued by the company after Phonem declaration to the CNIL, from third party suppliers under Customer Phonem file, to provide various benefits to customers, but also as computerized payment incidents recorded during sales.

If a customer express opposition to data processing of his personal data, Phonem keeps the right respecting the rules of the Penal Code and Article 9.1 of the Civil Code to disclose the names of all adults charged or indictment in a court case in progress including computer fraud. Accordance with the law num. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, any person has a right to access and rectify data concerning the computer.



The company Phonem, site manager, agrees to use a secure server to prevent unauthorized use of customer data transiting on the site.
